The Upper Bracket goes above the basebar on a Bayonet 3 handlebar system and clamps to the Bayonet 3 Lower Bracket (sold separately). These brackets serve as the base for the risers used to hold up the aero bars of the system.
Bolts, double threaded nut, and fit washers NOT included.
Compatible with the Bayonet 3 basebar or any bar with a 31.8 clamp diameter.
